EVBox calls the charger bard ChargeBox or CB.

Charger PCBs

Differences between G2 and G3 chargers

G3 charger has a second RS-485 bus, connected to power meter.

G2 firmware versions are 0-100. Highest version is 0052. G3 firmware versions are 100+. Highest version is 0142

Modem

EVBox calls the modem bard ChargePoint or CP.

Differences between G2 and G3 modems

G3 modem has a second RS-485 bus, available on the green connector on the side.

Power meter

There are two different kinds of power meter in use; serial (RS-485) and pulse (S0).

Charging cable

fixed 1x 16A fixed 1x 32A socket 1x 16A socket 3x 16A socket 3x 32A - cable max current is set with a resistor - current: 16A or 32A (are there more versions?)

Relays
