Every once in a while you get one of those ideas. Hey, I could use $foo to do $bar, even though it was never designed to do that. Why didn't I think of this before?
Bunch of gear levers
One of those ideas I had is: a coat rack has pins sticking out to put your coat on. Why not use gear levers instead? I was able to liberate a few gear levers from cars that were to be demolished.
But the project has stopped here. I have a bunch of gear levers waiting to some day get turned into a coat rack.
